Dr Fam is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK), Fellow member & Chartered Tax Practitioner of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, Fellow member of Malaysia Association of Company Secretaries and Institute of Cooperative Management Auditors. Fam is a tax agent/tax consultant approved by the Ministry of Finance, a practicing certified company secretary and a licensed cooperative auditor approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. He is a PSMB (HRDF) certified trainer.
